Although we specialize in art, antiques, and collectibles, our policy is to provide complete sales services, from initial consultation to final payment. We work with family members, executors, lawyers, trust officers, realtors and individuals who wish to downsize.
This service includes sorting, cleaning, pricing, and displaying all sale items. Advertising includes ads in area newspapers, e-mail and flyers. Announcements will be sent to our large customer base. We have extensive resources that can be used to research and appraise valuable items. We require a percentage of the total sale, based on size and quality of inventory. We furnish experienced staff and security personnel for the sale hours leaving the premises broom clean. Unwanted items can be donated to a charity for a tax deductible receipt. Detailed accounting records are kept and provided to the client with final payment. We can also offer advice and pricing services for conducting your own sale.
